Chief Financial Officer

Scott has 26 years of experience in the energy sector. He began his career in utilities-focused investment banking at UBS Investment Bank in 2000, followed by a similar role at Banc of America Securities. He then spent over 12 years at Infinite Energy, first as CFO and later as President, overseeing finance, treasury, accounting, risk, and regulatory functions. Scott joined PathPoint Energy as CFO in 2021, a role he carried over to Spotlight Energy following its 2025 acquisition. He holds an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy.
